Card holders must contact the club before hand to book their game by agreement whenever possible. Please use the telephone numbers provided. 3. The visiting members must produce their card to be signed before commencing play and pay half the normal weekday green fee or the normal fee. 4. It is not intended that this card: (a) be used for large groups which could be classed as a visiting society, (b) be used by visitors to arrange private competitions which may prolong normal play. 5. No player can purchase more than one card. 8. Notice to club secretaries: all unsold cards must be returned by 31st October 2004 with all monies due to the County Treasurer.
