The Club operates as a completely separate entity to the Rhos-on-Sea Golf Club Ltd, under a constitution approved by The Company and updated in 1998.

The Club has a reputation as being one of the friendliest Golf Clubs in North Wales. Its Committees are run in a very professional manner and operate highly efficient Committees.

All three sections of the Club, Men, Ladies and Juniors, have to comply with the constitution and have their own Officials and Committee Meetings.  The Club is self financed, through competition fees, raffles and social events etc.

The annual General Meeting of the Men takes place in February and January for the Ladies. 

Competitions for Male Members are played every Friday evening, and on a Sunday throughout the year. Within the Male section the Seniors, who are predominately of retirement age, hold competitions on a Tuesday morning, and also have reciprocating matches during the summer with Clubs within the N Wales area. 

The Ladies Section hold competitions on a Wednesday. 

The Junior Section hold competitions on a Thursday evening and Sunday afternoon.
